Day 47: food, Food, FOOD!!!

Today, I took a rest from my workouts (well deserved!), so it gave me a chance to reflect on my eating habits.  This is one area that I really need to improve on, as I’ll be honest with you… each day is like a roller coaster… some days are totally awesome, whereby my calorie count and food choices are spot on… while other days, I just seem to fall off the deep-end (UGH!).  Fortunately, these DISASTER days are few and far between, but they remain a mystery to me.

And hence… any advice from those reading my daily blog postings would be very much appreciated, as this is my acquilles heel!  I know I can be more focused on my eating each day, and acknowledge that my travel (for work) makes it even more of a challenge.

But these are just excuses… better planning and stocking of the right foods will result in my being able to meet ALL my goals even faster.  I know it, YOU know it… I hold myself accountable and plan to show a vast improvement in the food area in the coming days / weeks / months.  And that’s that!
